I’m Jesna V Eldho, a passionate dietitian based in Pulpally, Wayanad, Kerala. I hold an MSc in Food Science, Nutrition & Dietetics, along with a Diploma in Food Processing & Preservation, giving me expertise in both nutrition and food safety.

I have also completed certification courses in Food Safety & Quality Control and Cancer Fundamentals by the Indian Cancer Society. With this knowledge, I focus on personalized diet planning, lifestyle management, and clinical nutrition support to help individuals achieve sustainable health and wellness.
